Family Pictures
We had family pictures made just after Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful day to be at Prien Lake Park! Jett was so good! He was very cooperative and really liked saying "cheese." I was very pleased with the way they turned out. Here are just a few.

Halloween
I'm getting behind on my posts again. Halloween was fun this year! Jett wasn't old enough to know what he wanted his costume to be, but I wanted it to be something that I knew he liked. He loves watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so in the words of Jett: he was "Mouse." Jett wore his mouse ears for maybe 3 minutes, long enough for some pictures. He really enjoyed the hayride at the Sims' house, and he learned quickly that he liked getting candy! At one house, they gave him one chocolate bar when he had been getting hand fulls. He looked in his pumpkin, then held it back out and said more. What a smart little cookie!
Daddy carved a pumpkin for the second year in a row. However, it was so warm the week of Halloween that our pumpkin only lasted 3 days. I forgot to get a picture, but it was really good! Jett liked the eyes. We were so proud of Daddy!

Pumpkin Patch
Jett & I went with our MOPS group to the pumpkin patch. We had such a good time last year, that we knew we couldn't miss it this year! Jett's buddy Will & his momma Stephanie went this time too. We got some really cute pictures! Jett really enjoyed all of the pumpkins & snack time. He did not enjoy story time. He wanted to go back to the snack room where there were basketball goals. He wanted to shoot the balls (pumpkins) into the goals! He was very upset when we had to leave all of the balls!

Playing at the Creek
The 1st of October, Jett & I went with G, Opa, & Uncle Indy to Clifton, TN. My Mawmaw had hip replacement surgery, and we went to visit with her. We enjoyed seeing all of our family, and Mawmaw was doing great! We took Jett down to the creek for the first time. Aunt Winnie, Uncle Indy, & I used to play there a lot when we were younger. It was too cold to go swimming, but Opa showed us all how to skip rocks. Aunt Winnie & I had done this before, but this was Uncle Indy & Jett's first experience skipping rocks. They both loved it!
Uncle Adam & Aunt Caitlin's Wedding
Uncle Adam married Aunt Caitlin on September 25th in St. Louis, MO. Daddy was his best man. Uncle Adam wanted Jett in a tux too, and boy did he look sharp! Jett didn't care much for his clothes. He's not used to having to wear pants and closed toe shoes, and especially not long sleeves and a jacket. After realizing that he matched Daddy, he became okay with it. Jett really liked the way his shoes clacked on the marble floors! Jett's favorite part was the dancing at the reception. Jett & Momma practice our dancing a lot at home. He just never realized that there was a place you can go where the music is loud and everyone dances! Jett really enjoyed dancing with Polly. He also liked dancing with Daddy, apparently Momma was just the photographer. At one point during the reception, Jett had a group of women & a few men doing his moves to "Ice Ice Baby"! Jett made a lot of new friends! Before it was over, Jett fell asleep standing up. That was our cue to go. He had a blast!
Recent Favorites
Jett is always on the move these days, so it's usually hard for me to get a good picture! Lately though, I've been able to catch him doing some pretty cute things. He watches everything we do. I had been measuring walls the past few days. I walked into the kitchen, and he was measuring too! It's been a little cooler outside too. So, we've been spending more time outdoors. His lawn mower and the concrete have apparently been needing some work done! He shows me something new everyday. It's a lot of fun!
St. Louis Zoo
We went to St. Louis toward the end of September for Uncle Adam's wedding. While we were there, we had to visit the zoo. This was Jett & my first time to the St. Louis Zoo. Daddy had gone when he was a little boy. This was Jett's 2nd time to visit the zoo (Houston Zoo, the 1st time). Being older this time, Jett really enjoyed seeing all of the animals. His favorite thing at the zoo was not an animal though, it was the train we rode from one side of the zoo to the other! We had a great time!
Jett wearing his Catalina Island shirt. It's only black & white until you're in the sun, then it turns colors!

Playing Football with Daddy
My Daddy's job is really cool! He works a lot, but we sure do have fun when he's not! One of my favorite places is the football field. We drive the bobcat from Daddy's office and walk down to the field. I never forget my ball!
Braylee's 2nd Birthday Party
I'm a little behind on my posts. Braylee's 2nd birthday party was in the middle of September. These pictures were just too cute not to post! Braylee & Jett are great friends! They play together often. Jett calls her Bay!
More Golf Pictures
Too many pictures for just one post! Here are some more of my favorite golfing pictures.

Jett's 1st Golf Outing
Jett loves to play golf! We've started going some on Thursday evenings after 5 for a few hours when Daddy has a free night. It's so much cooler and there are fewer people out. So, we get to take our time. Jett loves to tee off and putt. The in between shots aren't as fun! Daddy has to watch out because if Jett sees a ball on a tee, he's gonna hit it (whether it's his or not)! Also, he's gonna hit the ball that's closest to the hole. Daddy doesn't mind though. Jett has also learned that Momma is his caddy. When he's finished, he automatically hands Momma his club & ball, then he reaches for his sippy cup. Sounds like a pro to me!
