More Birthday Pics

We had lots of pictures from Jett's birthday. We celebrated it 3 times! Once at G & Opa's house, once at home on his actual birthday, and once at the Children's Museum for his party. Lots of yummy cake to eat!
Jett had his 3 year well check at about this same time. He did great! There were no shots & he showed Dr. Wallace what a big boy he was. We were so proud! Jett was 41 1/2 inches tall, which doesn't even register on the growth chart, so above 97th percentile for sure. He weighed 34 lbs in the 75th percentile. He is a big boy! It won't be long until he's taller than Momma!:(

Jett was excited about his presents. He loved the wrapping paper!

Jett loves to cook! He got more dishes & food for his kitchen, including some donuts:)

Jett got a karaoke machine. He is my little performer!

Happy 3rd Birthday Jett!

Ok, so I'm way behind! Jett turned 3 on January 9th & we had his party with all of his friends at the Children's Museum the following Saturday. Jett had a wonderful time & so did everyone else! Jett chose Cars 2 for his party theme this year (big surprise;). The cake turned out awesome! Momma got a chance to be a little bit creative with other party food. I think it was a big success. Jett got lots of gifts & loved them all!

Jett blew out the candles before "Happy Birthday" was over!

Awesome cake! Thank you Jo's Party House!

Christmas in Tennessee

Jett was sad leaving Pop & Polly in Kentucky, but was very excited when we pulled up at Grandmother & Grandaddy's house 2 hours later. We had Christmas at Grandmother's first. All the attention was on Jett & Ace! Everyone else had opened their gifts earlier in the week. Jett loved his train set! This was his second year to get Turtles too. Jett loves chocolate! We went to Mawmaw & Pawpaw's house second. Jett was very excited to see cousins Claire & Avery when we got there. Jett loved his Cars 2 legos! Uncle Indy helped him put them together immediately. Jett got books from Aunt Cindy & Uncle Byron too. He reads Hot Rod Hamster all the time! Later that week, we got to see Uncle Mark, Aunt Shon, Uncle Myles, & cousins Madison & Jon Nathan. Aunt Nicki, Uncle Brian, & cousins Brianna & Addison made a special trip from Memphis to come see the boys. Jett & Addison played for hours! We had a great time!

Jett loved his train set! He told Grandmother thank you & gave her a big hug!

Christmas in Kentucky

After the boys opened their presents on Christmas morning, we all got dressed and began our long drive North. Our trip was quite the adventure! Nothing is open on Christmas day, so we had to pack snacks for the car. We did end up finding a Waffle House open in Batesville, MS for supper. We got to Pop & Polly's house around 10:00 that night. The boys were completely wired! We had a nice visit while we were there. The boys were very excited to see Uncle Adam & Aunt Caitlin (Jett called her "that guy" the first day:). He was completely taken by Aunt Caitlin. Jett thought she was super fun! Jett got tons of toys for Christmas. He really liked his shake & go Lightning McQueen & animal legos! As always, Jett was very sad to go, but we had more family, and more Christmas to get to!

Christmas Morning!

Santa came to our house! Jett was so excited! He loved his ride-on Lightning McQueen! He rode it in the house and had 3 wrecks very quickly. We know why Lightning McQueen is made to go outside! Jett was also super excited about his Innotab & 3 games that went with it. He still hasn't worn his house shoes, but loved everything else in his stocking. And, he drug his Lightning McQueen suitcase all over the house. Christmas was so fun this year!

Look what Santa brought!

Hershey bars! Jett's stocking made him pretty happy!

Ace stole the Hershey bars, and Jett stole his cars!

More Fun at the Children's Museum

As stated before, Jett loves the Children's Museum! We go often. So, there will be many pictures yet to come.

Fun at Adventure Cove

We love Adventure Cove Park! It's so much fun! We went with G, Opa, Aunt Winnie, & Uncle Indy when they came to have Christmas at our house. Daddy had a meeting, so he missed out on the fun. Jett really enjoyed all of the slides, the Alligator drum, & the swings. He did not want to go home and nap!

To slide or not to slide?

Where to next? So much to choose from.

Winnie, Jett, & Ace slid down this slide about a million times! So much fun!
